Nozzles Grouped by Zone

Nozzles are mounted directly on your panels and grouped into sets of 4–5. Only one group fires at a time — maintaining full water pressure at every nozzle in that group.

Motor Auto-Starts the Cycle

The controller automatically starts the pump motor first, verifies water flow via a flow sensor, then sequentially opens each solenoid valve group for ~40 seconds each.

Sequential Valve Operation

Solenoid valves (controlled via Modbus RS485 relay boards) fire in sequence. Each group cleans thoroughly before the next activates — consistent, effective cleaning across the array.

Schedules + Live Dashboard

Set two cleaning schedules per day, choose which days of the week, and monitor live valve states, motor status, and last cleaning time — from a web dashboard on your phone or PC.

Safety First — Always

Dry-run protection stops the motor if flow is not detected. Emergency stop kills all relays instantly. The RTC-backed clock keeps schedules running through WiFi outages.
