How much will I actually gain from it?

I already have a cleaning AMC. Do I still need this?
Yes, if you want to recover generation losses. An AMC typically cleans 7–8 times a year, but dust accumulates every single day. PanelCrystal cleans on a daily schedule, so panels stay clean between AMC visits.
What is the warranty?
One year from the date of installation on the control panel, provided it has not been tampered with, opened or physically damaged.
How long will the system last?
At least 10 years.
How many users can I add on the cloud application?
Up to 4 users.
What do I do if a nozzle gets blocked?
We hand over spare nozzles at the start. Rotate out the faulty or blocked nozzle and fit a new one, or try cleaning it and putting it back.
Will daily cleaning leave sediment or water marks on the panels?
It can if your water TDS is above 30. We also recommend running the cleaning cycle between 6 and 7 am, before sunrise. The panels are cool, and the water dries in the morning air and early sun without leaving residue.
Does it still work if my WiFi goes down?
Yes. The controller has a battery-backed clock, so scheduled cycles keep running through WiFi outages. The dashboard simply catches up when the connection returns.
What happens if the water supply runs out or the pump runs dry?
Dry-run protection stops the motor automatically if flow drops. You can also hit the emergency stop from your phone to shut everything off instantly.
How much water does it use?
Zones fire one at a time, so the pump runs only as long as needed and no water is wasted on low-pressure spray. The water calculator above shows the monthly usage and the saving versus hose cleaning for your panel count.
Do I need it during the monsoon?
Not really. Rain cleans the panels naturally, so you can pause the schedule in those months. Our ROI numbers assume 9 active months a year.
What size of plant is this suitable for?
It is designed for commercial and industrial rooftop plants from 30 kW to 1 MW, and scales from about 10 to 200+ panels, so it also works for residential and housing society rooftops.
Can I still clean manually when needed?
Yes. Manual assist mode lets you run a deep clean on demand without disturbing the automated schedule.
